The working temperature of wire wound hydraulic hoses is between -40 degree and 120 degree . Within this temperature range, the surface of the hydraulic hose shall not crack or leak oil.

2. Under the highest working pressure, there is no oil leakage or failure of the hydraulic hose.

3. The minimum throughput requirement is that the diameter of the hydraulic hose joint core must reach 90% of the diameter before extrusion after extrusion molding.

4. The length change of the hydraulic hose assembly under the highest working pressure must be within this range: steel wire braided hydraulic hose assembly: -4% -2%; Wire wound hydraulic hose assembly: -2% -2%.
